Our all-hands-on-deck crew! These volunteers help wherever needed throughout the event - making sure the event runs smoothly from start to finish. If you're flexible, up for anything, and enjoy jumping in where help is needed most, this is the role for you. You may be asked to:
- Assist with event set-up or tear-down, including signage, decor, and moving supplies.
- Support with trash pickup and restroom checks (all supplies will be provided).
- Restock water and ice at hydration stations
- Pass out mission bracelets and float between areas to help with last-minute needs.
- Fill in for other volunteers or tasks as directed by staff.
Note: Some lifting may be required, but accessible tasks will be available for all abilities.
